Oliv.iQ is a proprietary, integrated olive production system developed by Cobram Estate Olives, one of the world’s foremost olive farmers and producers of premium quality extra virgin olive oil. Maximum Levels of Productivity

Oliv.iQ oil yields are driven by a comprehensive matrix of proprietary systems and integrated management practices that start prior to site selection and finish when the product reaches the customer. Oliv.iQ has allowed Cobram Estate Olives to achieve average mature production levels of 2,800 litres of olive oil per hectare (300 gallons/acre). These outstanding yields over thousands of hectares are staggeringly between 840 and 1,250 litres per hectare (90 and 135 gallons/acre) higher than the average of the top 6% of the olive groves in the world. Those yields are also 890% higher than the world’s average of 283 litres per hectare (30 gallons/acre).

Highest Quality

Applying the Oliv.iQ system, Cobram Estate Olives and its brands Cobram Estate and Red Island have won an unprecedented 134 gold medals, 142 silver medals and 124 bronze medals over the past ten years making them some of the most awarded extra virgin olive oil brands in the world. Additionally, they have been awarded 18 Best in Shows and 22 Best in Classes in some of the most prestigious national and international shows. The Oliv.iQ system has also achieved the inaugural award as the “Healthiest Olive Oil in the World” in the Health & Food Extra Virgin Olive Oil Awards Competition. We carefully assess the situation of each specific location and work with the local authorities to create environmental management plans that deliver effective and sustainable solutions, not just for our groves, but also for the area.

Lowest Production Costs

The high levels of efficiency and above average fruit and oil yields delivered by the Oliv.iQ integrated olive oil production system determine that the actual costs per unit of olive oil are the lowest amongst any other cultivation system. The Oliv.iQ proven production costs per litre of olive oil in mature trees are 30% lower than the world’s weighted average production costs and 10% lower than the weighted average of the second most efficient growing system according to a global survey carried out by the International Olive Council.
